Well, the only way to fully describe this is: can on side, lid approximately 3 feet away, worms everywhere... -Bugly

This is a good website to get them from. http://www.rockauto.com/

Look on this PDF document (air shocks start on page 16 of 33).
http://www.monroe.com/catalog/documents/08_MountingLengthSheet.pdf

Measure the distance, when the car is at the lowest you want it, from the upper shock mount point to the lower mount point. Then jack up the car to the highest you'd want it to go. Measure again. Take those two measurements to the above link and find the shock you'll need. Be sure to read on the different styles of mounts!! Then order that part number from Rock auto. You'll pay about 50-60 bucks for the same shock you can buy from Airkewld for 140 bucks. It's up to you though. The way I suggested requires some leg work to find the best shock for you. The Airkewld way is the easiest but cost a lot more.

If you have some time, here is a good read about the Monroe Air Shocks on The Samba. http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=313075&highlight=monroe

Here is my setup.
